• Your deposit is a booking fee and is NON-REFUNDABLE, for any reason.
• When all conditions are met, the fee will be applied to the cost of the final session of your tattoo.
• Deposits for large tattoos are $250 per session/day.
• Deposits for smaller tattoos will be a minimum of $100.
• The amount of the deposit will be determined by your artist.
• All drawing/appointment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Under no circumstances will you be refunded your deposit.
• The deposit WILL go toward the cost of the tattoo, unless specified otherwise.
• The drawing will be shown to you the day of your appointment. If any changes need to be made, this can be done that day.
• The artist owns all rights to the artwork, and they are not obligated to release a drawing.
• Any ideas post consultation/inquiry, regarding the design, must be made at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.
• Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in complete forfeiture of your deposit.
• Rescheduling without 72 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment date will be considered a cancelation and will forfeit your deposit.
• No-call/no-shows shall also forfeit their deposit and will be declined any future service
• All rescheduling must be done within 30 days upon leaving a deposit of original appointment date. Exceptions can be made at the discretion of Evolution Tattoo. If an agreement hasn't been made within 30 days of leaving the deposit or cancelling your original appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• We allow one reschedule per appointment. On the second reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book another date.
• Arriving to your appointment more than 15 mins late may result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit.
• Deposits cannot be transferred between designs or clients.
• Deposits will expire after one year with no activity.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in your card being charged up to 50% of your artists day rate. This incudes not showing up to your appointment.
• You consent to keeping a copy of your credit card on file in case further charges are incurred.
