NO REFUNDS
Evolution Tattoo maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all services and products. This policy is in place for all transactions, without exception.
* Services: All tattoo and piercing services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, completed work, in-progress work, touch-ups, consultations, and deposits. Once a service has been rendered, even partially, payment is due in full and will not be refunded.
* Products: All merchandise, including but not limited to aftercare products, apparel, jewelry, and gift certificates, are non-refundable. All sales are final.
* Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and serve as confirmation of your appointment. They are applied toward the total cost of the service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than the required notice (as outlined in our booking policy), the deposit may be forfeited. Please review our booking policy for details.
* No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the result, allergic reactions (it is the client's responsibility to disclose any allergies prior to the service), changes in personal circumstances, or errors in judgment.
* Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to thoroughly discuss the design, placement, and aftercare instructions with the artist or piercer before the service begins. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and express any concerns prior to the start of the procedure.
* Remedies: In the event of a problem with a completed tattoo, we will gladly offer a consultation to discuss potential touch-ups or corrective work. Any touch-up or corrective work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional charges. This does not constitute a refund.
